Design milestones

Six structured stages, from vision to operations.

01

Concept & Master Planning

Define the airport's digital vision and ICT strategy; identify key systems; establish design standards including BIM, Revit and ISO frameworks.

02

Requirements & Stakeholder Workshops

Engage airport authorities, airlines, ATC and facility operators; capture functional, technical, cybersecurity and scalability requirements.

03

Preliminary Design

High-level ICT architecture and system schematics; identification of equipment rooms, cable routes and backbone infrastructure.

04

Detailed Design

Detailed drawings, specs and schedules for all ICT systems (LAN, WLAN, SAS, CCTV, PA, FIDS, BMS, SCADA). BIM coordination across disciplines.

05

Tender & Procurement Support

Tender packages with technical specifications, BoQs and compliance matrices; bid evaluation and shop drawing review.

06

Implementation & Handover

Installation oversight, integrated testing, ORAT support, as-built documentation and post-implementation optimisation.

Passenger Terminal Building

The digital backbone of the terminal.

IT, SAS and security systems designed to ensure safe, efficient and seamless operations for passengers, airlines and airport authorities — enabling real-time communication, automation and coordination across every function.

Airport WAN

One network connecting every terminal, tower and remote facility.

The airport WAN connects all terminals, data centers and remote facilities through a secure, high-performance network — ensuring reliable communication between AODB, FIDS, BHS, CCTV and all mission-critical operational systems.

Our designs include redundant fiber routes, scalable core switches and secure gateways to support 24/7 airport operations with high availability and resilience.

Perimeter Security

Airside protection — from fences to airspace.

Airport perimeter security is a vital element of aviation safety, designed to prevent unauthorised access and protect critical infrastructure.

We combine physical barriers — high-security fencing and controlled gates — with advanced intrusion detection sensors, CCTV with video analytics and thermal imaging. Systems integrate with the airport command and control infrastructure for real-time monitoring and ICAO Annex 17 compliance.

ATC Tower & Operations

Mission-critical communications for air traffic control.

ICT infrastructure in an Air Traffic Control tower is one of the most critical components of airport operations — ensuring safe, efficient and continuous management of air traffic on the ground and in the air.

ATC towers rely on real-time voice and data communication between controllers, pilots and ground operations. Our designs deliver low-latency, high-availability networks supporting VHF/UHF radio, VoIP and intercom — integrated with navigation aids including ILS, VOR/DME, GNSS and ADS-B.

Integration & Operational Readiness

From systems testing to first flight.

Integration & System Testing

Integrated testing across all ICT and airport operational systems. Interoperability validation between FIDS, BHS, AODB, CCTV — with performance and failover testing.

Handover & Operational Readiness

Final documentation, operations training and maintenance manuals. We support ORAT activities and monitor system performance during initial operations.

Post-Implementation Review

System performance evaluation, user feedback, fine-tuning, upgrades and future-proofing strategies — documented for continuous improvement.

Building or refurbishing a terminal?

We work best when we're involved early — at concept design or master planning, before integration constraints are baked in.
